ICBS 2024 Visa Letter Request

All delegates of ICBS2024 may request visa letters after they have registered for the conference. If you have not registered, please complete you registration here.

Please note that delegates are responsible for making their own travel arrangements, registering for the conference and completing any additional requirements for their visa application.

Please also note that the invitation letter provided is merely a supplementary document to explain a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel to Toronto, Canada. Obtaining an invitation letter from ICBS does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved.

In order for us to generate a visa letter, we will need you to email the following information to icbs2024.toronto@gmail.com:

• First name
• Last name
• Complete home address, including street address, city, state/province, country, and zip code
• Telephone number
• ICBS2024 Registration number

Once you have submitted the request, you will receive the visa letter within 10 business days.
