International Chemical Biology Society 2020 Conference: ICBS2020 Virtual

Addressing Therapeutic Challenges Together with Chemical Biology

November 11-13, 2020

It is particularly important to get our chemical biology community connected when the COVID-19 pandemic disrupts our daily lives. The ICBS2020 Virtual Conference will take place on November 11-13, 2020, in place of the original on-site meeting. ICBS2020 Virtual aims to highlight the power of chemical biology to bring the community together to address critical challenges of today and beyond. The scientific program will showcase the impact of collaborations and partnership to advance chemical biology and to promote the career development of young chemical biologists. While keynote lectures will feature thought leaders to share their perspectives, scientific sessions will reflect the focus of the society on promoting partnership and trainee education.

  • Opening day trainee forum with presentations by students and postdocs, organized by ICBS student chapters
  • Rising Stars session with lectures by newly selected ICBS Young Chemical Biologist awardees (see ICBS YCB award nomination announcement)
  • Sessions on chemical technologies to enable therapeutic innovation and catalyze drug discovery
  • Academic-industry partnership case studies presented by industry leaders
  • Innovative chemical biology approaches to timely address COVID-19 pandemic

We look forward to welcoming you at this virtual meeting.
