The first announcement: ICBS2017, Shanghai, China; October 17-20, 2017

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like  to invite you to join us for the 6th Annual Conference of the International Chemical Biology Society (ICBS2017), which will be held in Shanghai, China during October 17-20, 2017.

The overall aim of ICBS2017 is to gather thought leaders, field drivers , rising stars, trainees, and contributors across the global chemical biology community in one place to share exciting breakthroughs and technology advances, and to discuss challenges and future directions for enhanced impact on society.  The conference will provide opportunities for  face to face interactions, scientific discussions, and business networking to facilitate partnership and  future collaborations. The scientific program aims to  feature contributions from both established and young scientists and technology pioneers, and provide an interactive platform for representatives from all over the world. Part of podium presentations will be selected from abstract submissions.



To promote career development of chemical biologists, we will continue the tradition of the ICBS award program to select and present “ICBS Young Chemical Biologists” awardees in a special session. In addition, ICBS2017 will feaature a pre-meeting section which will be organized by young researchers and students. The pre-meeting will mobilize the next generation of scientists to develop innovative approaches to meet grand challenges in science.
